Stronghold pursues value-add and core plus opportunities (ideally 2010 vintage and newer), investing in assets that can be repositioned to deliver sustainable, growing streams of cash flow.
Stronghold’s leadership brings nearly a decade of institutional finance and real estate experience, having acquired, managed, repositioned, financed, and disposed numerous assets, with total multifamily and BTR transaction volume of $519mm+. Deep relationships with owners, developers, brokers, and various other players across the real estate landscape allow the firm to consistently source unique investment opportunities.
